We won the toss and batted first.

We just couldn't form decent partnerships at the top. Couple of unfortunate dismissals for the Lalgi brothers.

However a great fight back and cameos from Raza, Mukhi, Jeffin and Sardar took the total to 177.

Bowling, we started off really badly in the powerplay. Shazad providing a great breakthrough, also let down by the fieldsman, contributed to his efforts being neutralised.

Sardar bowled awesome especially his second spell, the visitors were cruising comfortably with 3 wickets down and 70 odd runs to get.

At drinks break Abbas gave a very motivational speech to bring the team back to its fighting spirit.

Where Sardar and Ashiq came back on dismissed 4 wickets in their partnership spell.

Raza also bowled fantastic.

We had the visitors pegged to 50 runs required with 7 wkts down, a very bad over coupled with very poor fielding we let them back into the game.

They won the game at the end with 3 wkts.

It was a great effort nonetheless.

FYI

Our bowling figures are not accurate on play cricket, they did not switch the Bowlers correctly.
