Watford Badshahs Cricket Club Lost by 22 runs

Match report HW won the toss an decided to bat.

Badshahs started off really well, by conceding on 29 runs and taking 2 wickets in the first 10 overs.

Raza and Mashooq started really well. Mashooq was removing wickets but began to leak runs in patches. Due to the pressure HW were under, the bowling was not as tight. We were loosening the grip.
Zahid, a pinch hitter from HW was becoming a nuisance to get out.
Death overs, Badshahs leaked runs and were unable to finish the game.
HW should never have surpassed 120 runs. Once again many chances went begging. Which gave HW respite.

We were set to chase 198. And it was on
Jayraj, got caught within the Long on Boundary on the first ball of the innings.
Shazad then began to counter attack, with Azad on his side
Azad and Shazad both lost their wickets to a ball that remained very low.
Shail and Abbas began to steer the game, and HW morale began to crumble
But Shail, hopping back to a full ball, played it on
Asghar joined Abbas, and started to look very threatening building a partnership
Asghar had a rush of blood and played a wreckless heave, ending up being bowled.
Abbas then lost his wicket to ball that stayed very low.

Nothing much happened, until Raza went into the crease, begging to go in and promising to bring the game home.
But he began losing partners in quick succession, Idrees holding out to Mid On, and Haseeb playing on back foot to a full ball.

Raza threatened the opposition, they were afraid that he will take the game away from them, being the Highest scorer of 41.

Eventually he succumbed to a straight ball, and HW won a game, which Badshahs gifted to them, both in the field and the bat.
