Match report Badshahs won the toss and decided to field

Kashif and Ashiq opened the bowling. The batsmen were sent to hit. Ashiq quickly removed 2 wickets. Then Kashif came to the party too. After 10 overs Medina CC were limping 61 for 5. Although a couple of chances once again were not taken, which could have seen Medina crawling 61 for 8. But it is what it is.

Minty and Sardar bowled exceptionally great. Medina CC were 105 for 9. Then Badshahs fielding went from bad to worse. Which allowed a little partnership to form. Abbas came in and removed Ravi Paul. Medina CC were 146 for 10. Later this had to be adjusted to 142 for 10. Medina CC scorer was caught adding 4 runs in one of the over where it was clearly called a dead ball.

Badshahs started the innings with Sardar and Tahir. Sardar gave himself time to get the feel of the ball. And then opened his account with a few boundaries, and then getting dismissed shortly after. Shail and Tahir occuppied the crease. But Tahir and Shail were allowing the bowlers to build a rhythm against the, and our runs began to dry up. Until Shail took it on himself and began to use his feet. And started tro take the game to the bowlers. But he was caught LBW soon after, Jayraj came and went and then Tahir fell too. The game was now resting on Azad and Abbas to steer it home.
It was not easy as the run rate had climbed from 4.8 to 7, due to being ultra defensive and batting with no intent during the power play.

Azad and Abbas began to build the partnership and looked to bring the game home, until Azad was cleaned up. Abbas followed 2 runs later, and Talha also losing himself over a soft dismissal. The second collapse of the innings. In the first, Shail, Jayraj, Tahir. And in the 2nd Azad, Abbas and Talha.

Game was left for Murtaza and Ashiq to get 38 runs from 4.5 overs. Both began to score from every ball, and didnt let the bowlers settle. Murtaza then departed on 132. Leaving the captain to get 15 runs in one over.

Unfortunately Ashiq failed miserably and was not good enough to find a boundary. Just couldnt help finding the fielders every shot. 15 runs in one over was not a huge target.
