Match report Badshahs won the toss and chose to bat.

A great start by the young M. Ali, who tore the opening over apart through the covers with 3 consecutive boundaries.

Jayraj and Ali were taking the game to the Bowlers, on a batsmen friendly wicket. Outfield was lightning quick which meant the margin of error was slim to none. Ali unfortunately departed after an impressive cameo strike rate exceeding 200. Jeff who has had great form with the bat, stepped into the middle with Jayraj. Jayraj quickly opened his account with two straight BIG hits, and then departed once again to a Leg Before. Jeff was left high and dry, after Ehtesham and Abbas were toppled. Sardar steadied the Ship with Jeff, played a good cameo. Jeff once again scored a half century, but was later run out.

Reading East at one point were looking at chasing 220 plus, but Badshahs played too many dot balls, especially after having a flying start. Could not keep the momentum going. Thus left chasing 171.

Kashif once again bowled a brilliant spell and so did Sardar. But this wicket was not easy to bowl on, as the margin of error was absolute zero. Once again a Partnership developed, right under the Badshah Captain's nose. Rehan and Antum put up a 120 partnership.

Reading chased the score in 18.2 overs with 6 wickets remaining.

* T20 is a format which is dictated hugely by Dot Balls, whether you are bowling or batting. The biggest difference was the fact that Badshahs played 73 Dot Balls (12.1 overs) and Reading 43 Dot Balls (7.1 overs). Badshahs lost out due to poor running between the wickets.*
