Match report Watford Badshahs won the toss and elected to bat

This time Badshahs needed to step up their game. And the wicket was not the best. Slow as a snail.

Sannan and Abbas were given a game plan and a target to bat towards. They did just that. After 3 overs boundaries were coming in fast and hard. A great partnership of 121 by the opening pair gave Badshahs the momentum which was absent in the previous game. Both Sannan and Abbas reached their first 50 for the season and Sannan's was the first for the club.

As it was a T20 both began to hunt the boundaries down and lost their wickets. With 5 overs remaining Jay was sent into capitalise and edge Badshahs towards a stronger total, but this was not to be. So Jeff was sent in with 3 overs to go. And he couldnt really get the ball onto his bat and also returned. Shail was given the task, but he was run out, in order to keep Sardar on strike. Who looked dangerous. Ashiq went in to support Sardar and give him the strike as much as he can. Sardar played a great knock of 26 off10 with some big sixes, and took Badshahs to 172.

Bowling started off really well. Although an early opportunity was put down, things were pretty much in control. With the opening bowlers wicket less. Ashiq was introduced to the Home side. And claiming his first victim immediately,which was taken briiliantly by Assad at deep square. Jeff bowled great but was let down by the field. Mashooq claimed 3 but was on the expensive side. Raza kept brilliantly claiming a stumping.

Man of the match Abbas 70 off 57 balls 3x6's 8x4's.
