Match report Watford Badshahs won the toss and elected to Field.

On a green top wicket where there was no difference between the outfield and the wicket itself, this is how bad it was. We decided to bowl.

Our opening attack once again started poorly, with Mashooq and Shehzad both being a prey for Rehman Sharif.

IAS began attacking from the word go. They were looking at a total of 200 plus.

Bowling change came in very quickly, with Kashi and Abbas himself. Abbas then went onto topple over Rehman, who fell to the gully fielder.
Kashi then backed him up with toppling another wicket.. IAS runs began to halt and wickets were perishing on a regular.
Jeff was also introduced into the attack who immediately dismantled 2 of the middle order bats. And also contributed in running out a stubborn and luck riding opening bat (Arshad Khan).
Eventually the lower order and what was left of the middle order, began to support Talib Hussain who played an unbeaten knock of 30...
But the tail was knocked over by Ashiq, who finished on a hat trick, and supported by Sardar from the other end, thus halting IAS to 152/10.

Batting line had to be adjusted as we had a player who had to rush home quickly. Thus he was put into opening and lost his stumps cheaply. Raza went into assist his captain Abbas, and began building a solid partnership.. But Abbas had to be carried away due to a cramp. And then straight after Raza gave his wicket away.
Jayraj was sent into bring the game home, but he too got carried away after playing a cracking cut through point for a boundary.. He tried to pull a straight full delivery, which found his stumps. Then Hameed also lost himself to an LBW decision.
Things began to look a bit misty, but we now had Shail and Jeff at the crease, who were forming a well constructed partnership. Until Shail swang at one too many and was caught. And to our disappointment, Jeff lofted one straight to square leg, both returned. Abbas was feeling fit to go back in and try to win the game, and was accompanied by Mashooq, who just couldnt find the middle of his bat, and was caught by a straight delivery infront of his stumps, and returned. Shehzad then was sent, to put the pressure on IAS, he played a great knock, but poor communication saw him run out, and in went Ashiq to seal the victory.. with 10 runs to go, and 2 wickets in hand. Ashiq began knocking the ball for single and doubles, until Abbas once again being too energetic, forced a 2nd run.. Ashiq decided to sacrifice himself rather sending his skipper back, and returned also.

Kashi defending 5 balls and then cutting the last ball of the 34th over saw this game home, with Abbas on the other side.

Overall we started poorly in the field but recovered remarkably.

Batting, our top order batsmen have to change their game plan. They have to show some respect to the bowler, and learn to be patient especially when chasing a score. They failed in showing tolerance where as the lower order did just that to see the game home.

Man of the Match goes to Kashi for his outstanding bowling spell 8-1-24-2
