Match report Rain was on the cards, nonetheless Away team were very keen to kick off the season without suffering a 'No Result', due to rain.

Badshahs won the toss, and after a quick discussion concluded to bowl.

Handing the new ball to Shazad Hussain, who has once again rejoined the Badshahs for another fabulous season, after a year break in France. Proving his loyal self.

He started off with blinding spell, knocking the stumps out of the ground with a terrifying yorker.

To compliment his brilliance, Mashooq Shah was also given the new ball at the other end, bowling with fierce pace, on a sludgy and slow wicket. Created a chance but was put down at short mid wicket.

Badshahs had the Home team, pleading for runs. Where a few run out chances were created by some spectacular fielding, but the ball was not collected and the batsman was let off the hook.

Excellent overall fielding, Badshahs were in full force. From the slip to the cover region the fielding was text book.

Unfortunately due to the poor weather and rain thundering above the wicket match had to be abandoned.

Opposition were 24/1 after 11.4 overs
