Match report Match was set for 2pm.

We won the toss and decided to bat first. With a few estranged availabilities, we decided to open with Raza and Abbas. Abbas fell an early victim to a well directed ball. In the meantime Raza kept pressure on the bowling attack. Mo went in, he was looking strong and capable, until he got run out really cheap. Things were looking stable at this point, the runrate was healthy. So the Coach decided it was time to introduce the 'Jeff' to the attack. Whilst Raza was at the crease Jeff kept discreet as Raza was doing a handsome job. Until Raza fell earlier than he wished.

So Hameed was asked to go and express himself. Whilst having Jeff on the other side, the run rate was slightly declining. Although this was not a major set back as their Partnership was the highest of the Innings.

Jeff took his time and then caressed the bowl through all the gaps HW United had left for him. Cracking a brilliant 79 Not Out. But he just didnt stop there.

As we manage to put a total of 156, although this was defendable, but pretty adamant that we were a good 20 odd runs short.

In came the bowling attack, Mashooq starting off the attack and probably has bowled the worst opening over for this season, and Ashiq pretty much on the same frequency. The runs were leaking they were running singles and at times doubles where there should not have been a single.

Well after United lost a wicket or 2 they sent in their prime hitman, who began to take the game away from us single handedly. We were running out of questions to ask from United.

Until Jeff was given the ball.

He bowled an awesome spell, although there was a lot of controversy to the way the stumping happened, the Hitman had to walk. United just couldnt answer the questions Jeff was asking. He wasnt giving them any room to play shots.

He finished with an amazing set of figures, and easily won the game for the Badshahs.
