Match report This was the much awaited game of the season, as Haidery's have been around for 20 plus years. The game everyone wanted to play.
The conditions were set for batting. After winning the toss, and no neutral umpire present we decided to bowl first.
Mashooq looking awesome with the ball in the beginning, creating some chances, and then he managed to sneak one through. And another straight after that.. he was on a hat trick.
Things began to get a little slow for the fielding side, as the moment was back to the batting side. After a few promising shouts, which were surprisingly turned down. Then came on Abbas (c), he began to bowl variations and didnt let the batsman settle on one pace.
Taking out the 2 hitters, who were causing issues for us on the scoreboard, but they were not destined to stay in for long. Abbas created hell for them. They just couldnt really get away. He had an awesome day with the ball, finsihing with 5/26, and Mashooq on the other side.. knocking Husnain over, and finished the Haidery's inning by knocking over the stumps of Rizwan Ahmed. He also had his best figures of 5 for 43.

The target was set. 167 wasnt much of a total on the outfield as it was dry and rapid. Abbas (c) stepped into the crease once again. And with an early wicket lost, he kept his composure, and was at the bowlers.. bludgeoning their bowling line up, taking them to the cleaners. Then Assad fell too, with a partnership of 46 runs.

In came the Sardar, he launched a huge offensive from the moment go, blasting huge boundaries. Then the captain came back to his momentum, and they were targeting the bowlers at will. Haidery's bowlers unfortunately had no answer.

With a huge knock from the captain, the win was inevitable.
